Volunteering
As a club, we are largely parent powered and rely on our parent volunteers and coaches. From getting athletes to practice, to supporting the team on race day, there are many critical roles that parents play throughout the season. From basic set up and breakdown at races, to cooking, to bike mechanics, to setting up bikes on trainers, to athlete wranglers, to water bottle prep, to feed zone support, to break down, there's something for everyone. Parents are also responsible for transporting their own student athlete to and from the races, for signing up to volunteer at each race and for staying informed by reading email communications.
Signing up for a volunteer slot
Every parent is asked to sign up for at least one volunteer job during race day. From basic set up and breakdown to cooking to bike mechanics to setting up bikes on trainers to athlete wranglers to water bottle prep to feed zone support, to break down, there's something for everyone. Google sheets are posted below for each race. Review all the roles and responsibilities and choose at least one. If you can support us with two volunteer jobs, we'd be doubly appreciative.

Where the rubber meets the trail
Before we show up at the first race, parent volunteers are already working hard to ensure that we're race ready. Annual team responsibilities include Pit Zone leaders, catering leaders, shopping coordinators, sponsorship and fundraising leaders, coach coordinators, trailer towing, equipment managers, and more. Please contact one of our head coaches if you'd like to consider an annual role.
