Thanks for your interest. So what kind of training do coaches need?
Below are the NICA (National Interscholastic Cycling Association) requirements to be a coach. Currently, all coaches have some level of this training depending on what kind of coach they are on the team. All aspects must be certified with NICA, or you are not allowed to ride with the team.
